With the aim of telling entertaining and thought provoking stories, using references to music and popular culture as context, Noble Rot hopes to inspire its audience to care more about what they drink, eat and listen to. Since its launch in February 2013, Noble Rot has seen chefs Fergus Henderson, Valentine Warner, Bruno Loubet, Stephen Harris (The Sportsman), Stevie Parle (Dock Kitchen) and Sam Harris (Zucca) rubbing shoulders with musicians like LCD Soundsystem, The Beastie Boys, Coldplay, Lily Allen, Paul Epworth and cult author John Niven, blurring the lines between creative arts. As well as showcasing the work of highly talented up and coming photographers and illustrators, regular contributors include eRobert Parker’s Neal Martin, The River Café’s head sommelier Emily O’Hare, Jamie Goode, Jancis Robinson.com’s Richard Hemming and Skint Records’ Damian Harris.
